FAQ’s

We’re not sure about having a videographer at our wedding, will you be intrusive on our guests?
Not at all, I like to approach each wedding by blending in and capturing the fun, romance and natural atmosphere of the day.

Do you film by yourself or do you have a crew?
I am a one man band and I find the less camera operators filming, the easier it is for everyone to relax. I always manage to set up at each location on time and cover enough of the wedding day by myself.

Do you do any staged shots or poses?
Very rarely do I produce posed shots on the day. If I see a particular opportunity for a romantic scene that will look great in your wedding video, I may ask you to pose for me.

What about the music for our film.
We carefully select music that fits in with your unique wedding story. All the music we use is licensed for our wedding films, but sometimes we may use music from your ceremony or reception.

What equipment do you use? do you have a backup option? We currently film with up to 3 Panasonic dslr cameras and a range of different focal lenses. Most of the day I will only be using one camera by myself, but up to 3 can be used during the ceremony and speeches so there is always an angle covered with a camera to spare! We also record audio from different sources – lectern, speaker, microphone, etc. to ensure the best quality audio is captured too.

How long does it take to edit and deliver?
We like to carefully edit and deliver each wedding one at a time and this process can take a lot of time to complete. Usual wait times are between 4-6 weeks but during the busy summer months it can up to 3 months. but don’t worry, your wedding video will be worth the wait!
